When In Rome
One of my very favorite movies of all time is "When In Rome," released in 2010. It was filmed in both New York and Rome, and the premise of the story is that when Beth visits Rome for her sister's wedding, she removes some coins from the "Fountain of Love" outside the wedding venue. Removing the coins causes the men who threw the coins into the fountain to fall in love with her. The rest of the story entails the man chasing her incessantly until she is finally able to return the coins to the fountain and release them from their spell. The Fountain of Love is a fictional fountain, which was built for the movie on Piazza Borghese.
Piazza Borghese is located near the Tiber River in the heart of Rome. Now when you visit the Piazza there are little portable shops, but no fountain. Some of the locals wanted to keep the fountain in the square after filming was completed, but it was not built to last beyond the time of filming.
You can watch a scene from the movie that was filmed in Piazza Borghese here:

The Church of Santa Maria Maddalena
Chiesa di Santa Maria Maddalena was used for the interior shots of the wedding during the movie. The church is within walking distance of the Pantheon. The Church was under construction when we visited, and there was also a service going on, so we couldn't explore very much of it.
